I don't think Chinese Plus is compatible with Mac OSX operating system because according to various hints found on most of the websites, the software was known to work only with Windows operating system without any mention regarding Apple's Mac OS.
Therefore, the software is not compatible with Mac OSX, but if you have the setup package then Wine Bottler can be used to attempt a possible launch on OSX without the need to have Windows installed as well.
